Returns and Exchanges
At Omars we provide a 30 day full refund satisfaction guarantee from day of online purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your product please return it in store or ship it to the address provided below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and received in store before the 30 day period ends. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
For in-store returns please drop of your product at the Newmarket location only**
